Description:
It is an aromatic, marsh herb with creeping root stock. Leaves are distichous, ensiform, base equitant. Cultivated in wet places of India.
Indications:
Unmada (mental disorder), apasmara (epilepsy), Jwara (fever), amla pitta (gastritis).
